1. Product Description
TrackMySwing is a golf training and swing analysis app. It uses the iPhone camera and computer vision processing to help users measure and review swing-related information, including club speed, ball speed, swing path, club face angle, and impact location.
TrackMySwing is intended for training, practice, and informational purposes only.
2. Not a Professional Launch Monitor
TrackMySwing is not a certified professional launch monitor, medical device, or safety device.
The data shown in the app is provided for training reference only. While we aim to provide useful and consistent measurements, we do not guarantee that all measurements will be perfectly accurate, complete, or suitable for every user, club, environment, lighting condition, or setup.
3. Local Setup and User Responsibility
You are responsible for setting up your phone, stand, golf ball, reflective strip, hitting area, and surrounding environment safely.
You must ensure that there is enough clearance around the phone, stand, club, ball, and any nearby people or property before swinging.
Do not perform full swings if the phone, stand, or any other object may be struck by the club.
TrackMySwing is designed primarily for controlled golf training and practice use. Always follow all safety instructions shown in the app.
4. Safety Disclaimer
Golf swings can cause injury or property damage if performed in an unsafe environment.
By using TrackMySwing, you agree that you are solely responsible for your actions, setup, surroundings, and swing safety.
TrackMySwing is not responsible for damage to your phone, stand, golf club, property, or for personal injury caused by unsafe use, improper setup, full swings in restricted spaces, or failure to follow safety warnings.
5. Subscription and Billing
TrackMySwing may offer free usage with a limited number of daily swing analyses.
Pro subscriptions may unlock unlimited or expanded usage.
TrackMySwing Pro is available as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Current prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.
The subscription length, billed amount, renewal terms, and any introductory offer are displayed in the purchase flow before confirmation.
Subscriptions are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
6. Free Usage and Pro Access
Free usage limits, including the number of free swings per day, may change over time.
Pro features, pricing, and subscription options may also change over time, subject to App Store rules and applicable law.
7. Refunds
All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store policies.
If you would like to request a refund, please use Apple's official purchase support process.
8. No Guarantee of Results
TrackMySwing may help you better understand your swing and practice more effectively, but we do not guarantee any specific golf performance improvement, swing speed increase, scoring result, handicap reduction, or training outcome.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, attempt to bypass subscription controls, interfere with app operation, or use TrackMySwing in a way that violates applicable laws or safety rules.
10. Intellectual Property
TrackMySwing, including its design, software, visual elements, analysis methods, branding, text, and related content, is owned by its developer or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except as allowed by law.
11. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of TrackMySwing at any time.
TrackMySwing may collect anonymous operational and usage information for service improvement, diagnostics, and product development.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMySwing and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including damage to devices, equipment, property, loss of data, loss of use, or personal injury resulting from unsafe or improper use.
